I am going to wimp this one. If the selectors went on form and not sentiment Martyn would not get a game. Sultan of Spin's comment that Symonds isn't a specialist bat has me puzzled. He is a batsman who bowls. The variety he provides may well be the key. Go in with two pacemen,Gillespie and Kasparowicz. Symonds could be first change with his medium pace. You then have Warne with his leggies and Symonds who spins the ball (sometimes) the other way. Add the left arm fill in variety of Lehmann or Katich (or both) and you have a varied attack.
