It wasn't to cool them down. _________________ I hold a cup of wisdom, but there is nothing within. |

Poor conversion in the first half keep them in it to half time.
We straightened up in the third quarter and capitalised on our dominance. _________________ - Side By Side - |

Never in doubt.Did we get nutted in the clearances?People tend to say that even when we don’t lose there. |

Luckily for us, they also had poor conversion. |

Excellent performance and great to see Treloar and Grundy hit their straps. Stevo looks back now and JT was much better. The midfield really clicked tonight.
On an earlier post Brisbane started in 1987 and you will see that the Pies are in the positive ledger over 32 years.
This was such a positive win. We can build real momentum now hopefully. _________________ Daicos, impossible angle ... Goal! |

Yes if they’d kicked straight and we’d kicked straight it would have ended up being a ten goal game.

Well done Brodie Mihocek. Wonderful game tonight, and an exemplary young man on the field and also evident from his aftermatch interview. _________________ Free Julian Assange!!

Would have been a great shoot out.
Distance looked a problem. (Don't know why.) |

Just an awesome, devastating performance almost from start to finish. That’s a marker laid down now. Gotta maintain that standard the rest of the way. _________________ I, for one, welcome our new black and white overlords |

Howe dropped a few marks and missed the ball totally with a couple of attempted spoils.
Not sure that has anything to do with being iced up afterwards... |

Good solid win tonight. There was a lot of hype leading up to this game but we were clinical and up for the challenge. Smashed them all over the ground. I love it when we open up and take the game on because that's where we do most of our damage. Just a clinical all round performance in hot and humid conditions. It's all about recovery now leading into Anzac day. |
