Um, you may be overestimating the influence of Nick's posters on our drafting. _________________ Well done boys! |

i was joking about Nicks, but i am serious about drafting best available and how much everyone thought line breaking midfielders was the way of the future and how quickly that theory changed to "need big bodies". No way cripps would have been that lowly drafted 2 years later because big bodied mids had become gold!
By the way, awesome to see Freeman had 9 touches in the first half. _________________ Ohhh, the Premiership's a cakewalk ....... |

Nicksters have been obsessed by the belief our club drafts too many midgets for probably the entire existence of the bulletin board. |

Does Hine get credit for early on offering BB a rookie spot, or discredit for not upgrading that offer to a regular spot when BB declined? |

out of Scharenberg, Moore and Freeman, he is at the this time, the most likely player to run out a game of football.... _________________ Ohhh, the Premiership's a cakewalk ....... |

Well, he's got about 30 games to reach Shaz and 50 for Moore so let's see how that plays out _________________ Formally frankiboy and FrankieGoesToCollingwood. |

I'm pretty sure that Brown did his knee playing juniors in Tassie, we asked him to come over to Melbourne to do rehab and we'd rookie at the end of the following season. He knocked it back as he'd rather do his rehab at home and wanted something more guaranteed than a rookie contract in 12 months. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

His field-kicking is tragically awful. We dodged a bullet, there. |

Yep, news article quoted previously (by me, I guess) on one of the BB threads here. I'll hunt it down when I get the chance and post here.
And, of course, we later traded a pick to the Swans for White that could have got BB but which the Swans used on AA instead. Does this make White CC? |
