Us by 4 goals.
And Raw Hammer. Just remain very very quiet. |
I wasn’t to know Cox would be a late withdrawal! |
Without Cox, 32 points was your tip. Yes, stay quiet...very, very quiet _________________ I find your lack of faith disturbing |

Yellow due to 320pm start. Red due to 110pm start. What colour footy did we have for GWS rd 2? Was that 145pm? _________________ I find your lack of faith disturbing |

^ GWS was a 435pm start (funny, I remember it as a day game - perhaps it was because daylight saving was in). So that would likely have been yellow too. I think red tomorrow. _________________ I find your lack of faith disturbing |

^ As long as it does not have McDonalds arches on it, we'll be fine. |

We’ve used the silver ball more times than the red this year. _________________ Est. 2002 |

Those who have emphasized the massive loss that Adam Treloar represents seem very correct to me. His line breaking abilities and huge legspeed are elements that we have severely lacked since his absence. That is why I see the inclusion of Sam Murray so important. He has the very attributes that we so desperately need, with the loss of AT. We need to be bold, and take some risks in working out where exactly Sam Murray should play, and what role he should adopt. He is a somewhat loose defender, so we need to emphasize his talents: speed and line breaking. Therefore, maybe rotate him with Tom Phillips/Chris Mayne, and play him on the wing to gain maximum value from his speed. I would not play him on Ziebell, since we need a somewhat tighter defender to control him. I don't know all the permutations/match ups possible, but I think we really have to map out precisely what role Murray should play to maximize his assets. _________________ Free Julian Assange!!

^ Maybe play SM in our rugby side, so he doesn't need to dispose of the ball. |

I hope Mason Cox is OK to go for tomorrow. If he is, then we can win this game. The power of our forward structures is dependent on Cox's presence: his capacity to either mark or bring the ball to ground is crucial for our F50 dynamic. S. Murray to break the lines and drive the chaos ball forward.
With Cox there, and his ability also to go into defence and take intercept marks, gives us huge flexibility with permutations in defence and forward. I hope that our coaches have done their homework, and are fully conscious of all the combinations available to us.
Containment of Brown will not be the responsibility of one defender, but will be a team effort. _________________ Free Julian Assange!!
