Personally, I am not too worried about this. I think Darcy will definitely re-sign with us, and we will ensure that it happens.
Likewise, I think JDG will re-sign with us, because we will ensure that we get him.
I place no value on the media attempts to create sensation.
Media has suggested that both wish to stay with us. But this was only a small "by the way" insert to sensationalized articles suggesting that JDG was being chased by innumerable suitors, while Darcy was virtually now a Swan.
Corrupt media will say anything to create hysteria. _________________ Free Julian Assange!!

Not really. It was only Walshs opinion when interviewed on SEN. Hardly an unbiased opinion. _________________ I love the Pies, hate Carlscum |

and Taylor Adams stating as fact, that these guys have told him they wish to stay. Now that could be players just towing the line to not upset anyone at the club but provided they get a reasonable offer from us, they wont be leaving. _________________ Go Pies |

If the compensation is right for Moore I say let him go. He could be anything yes but he has never been a match winner and if we got a First and second rounder in this super draft Id take it.
JDG has been a match winner and looks the goods, he is the one to back. _________________ The match day thread is for unfiltered BS knee jerk reactions. The time for level headed comment comes after. |

Right compensation I'd be willing to let Darcy leave.
DeGoey is much more important signing to us.
If we can get a good deal for Darcy then make it happen Pies.
Lynch in the forward line is a better option. |

+ 1. Although not all media is corrupt but I agree with the rest of your post. Much ado about noithing at this time of the year. The "media" especially comercial media never loses. There is a lcak of acountability generally speaking no matter the issue. _________________ “I even went as far as becoming a Southern Baptist until I realised they didn’t keep ‘em under long enough” Kinky Friedman |

Far harder to replace Moore than De Goey and an area of much greater scarcity for us.
If you assume we are getting Lynch then losing Moore is less of a problem, though we still lack a young KPD, but that would be a hopelessly optimistic assumption. _________________ Well done boys! |

These guys arent free agents this year are they? In which case they are under club control and will stay unless the pies cant approximate their market value. Just cant see how either of them leave with the team we are building right now and the central roles in it.
Both have the chance to be Collingwood legends. _________________ Ohhh, the Premiership's a cakewalk ....... |
