While I am disappointed Wells is not in the forward line again, I fully understand the decision to rest him and I agree with it. So our selections are now pretty self-evident:
Out Fas, Wells
In Reid, Sier _________________ Free Julian Assange!!

zero chance Adams is dropped. Appleby deserves to keep his spot, so the only reason he would miss is if people think he needs a rest.
I guess Mayne has gotten past most people's weekly axe!! Does this mean he is now best 22 and we don't think the deal is quite as bad as we did 5 weeks ago. _________________ Ohhh, the Premiership's a cakewalk ....... |

Maynard has just got back on the training track so there's no way in the world he will be available to play tomorrow night. And as E says Adams won't be dropped. He's one game away from a starring performance which could be tomorrow. I'm wondering whether the plan to rest Wells is related to the timing of the contract extension which Sier signed this week, meaning Sier gets his opportunity to replace Wells tomorrow night. If that's the case there only needs to be two changes; Fasolo and Wells out and Reid and Sier come in. I would have dropped Appleby as well but his yardage figures have been impressive so maybe the club is right to keep playing him hoping he can tidy up a few of the defensive errors that have been creeping into his game (lack of confidence typical for players in their first year). |

Mayne deserves to keep his spot, doing his job, now just needs to kick a couple each week. Stepho / You do not drop this sort of kid unless he is absolutely knackered. Adams is a bull in and under, needed. Reid for Faz, Sier for Wells would be my call. _________________ No one needs to get hurt, it's only business. |

If Reid's not ready, then I see these changes:
in: McClarty, Daicos
out: Fasolo, Wells
Cox clearly needs help.
Others in the mix (order of likeliness):
Brown, Blair, Sier
I can't see Crocker playing. He and Mayne together has clearly not worked, so it would be a bad selection and Mayne is certainly ahead of him, has been far better. Replacing Wells/Fasolo with another offensively skilled player is more sensible. _________________ Well done boys! |

Man, watching the replay from last week again, Wells was involved in so many damn scoring shots (mostly goals from us). Makes the right decision, finds a better option inside 50. He’ll be missed if last week is anything to go by. _________________ Est. 2002 |

Seems like it will most likely be Reid for Fasolo and Daicos for Wells. _________________ He's mad. He's bad. He's MaynHARD! |

I would like to see Sier named in the team, but my gut feeling is he won't be selected.
Most likely changes are:
IN: Reid, Daicos
OUT: Fasolo, Wells _________________ | 1902 | 1903 | 1910 | 1917 | 1919 | 1927 | 1928 | 1929 | 1930 | 1935 | 1936 | 1953 | 1958 | 1990 | 2010 | 2023

Greenwood's name has been mentioned, namely because he could play the hard tagging role on Jack Macrae. _________________ | 1902 | 1903 | 1910 | 1917 | 1919 | 1927 | 1928 | 1929 | 1930 | 1935 | 1936 | 1953 | 1958 | 1990 | 2010 | 2023
