Injuries at times seem quicker than switching that light switch 😃😃😃 lol
No new ones or less progress on current ones ❓❓❓❓

The above is the definition of an “annual cliche”!

Well answer my own question—-JDG was training with AFL side Monday (guess that’s today) and had a special test at lunch time on his hamstring
Treloar comments were “Don’t think he’ll be ready for Hawthorn but could be right for GWS”
That’s progress 👍

On this drawn up list it does not mention Scharenberg
Any one got a notion as to his status

Most of these guys are in the best 22, but how many of these guys are the future of this club?
Aish and JDG are my biggest concerns. Both need to do big things this season and these set backs are going to hault that. Honestly, I feel that JDG might be on the trade table and Aish might also might be in danger of being traded or delisted.
Elliott is very frustrating. I think he is capable of being an AA calibre player. He's a high flyer and a goal kicker. He has that X-Factor that we desperately need. 2 weeks they reckon. We'll see. We've missed him so much in recent seasons.
Fasolo will be fine. Running round with Wells in the VFL practice match this week. Is a free agent, so will want to have a decent season. He's in our best 22, but I have the feeling he may head back to W.A. in October.
The Goldsack injury is devastating. Now we need to look at life without him playing. Will be a big help off the field and could open the door to a coaching career.
Greenwood is not the future of this club. Yes he is hard and in our best 22.
Oxley is not in the best 22. They reckon 2 weeks.
Wells is not the future of this club. Will play in the VFL this week and might be back in the AFL by round 3.

Now there is a good way to assess injuries—as to their value going forward
And the list in my way of looking is
Aish and JDG. Make excellent inroads to a successful career 2018 or risk being on the trade table
Elliott if he can “do a Reid” and get injury behind him definite for us going fwd
Fasolo like Elliott is a player to be part of our forward move -if he gets head fitness right
Greenwood May be handy tho I think not long term
Oxley had a few cracks with out stabilising and making a spot his own
Wells with his sporadic time on the park I don’t see him as future going fwd
