Hi All,
Has anyone used the Pie in the sky travel for interstate games? My wife and I are going to use them for the GWS game next year. Have we done the right thing? _________________ Cheers big ears |

Tried using them when they were based in Prahran and they were bloody useless then so never bothered again. Might be ok for footy travel _________________ Annoying opposition supporters since 1967. |

Yes I use them all the time. Not only for Collingwood interstate games but also for all my other travel needs. Mel and Cara are both fantastic travel consultants. The best part is that all profits go towards the club. Therefor they are not out to rip you off. _________________ Around the world in a Collingwood Jumper.

I used them once and never will again. Just do it all directly yourself. |

Yes. Everything cost more than booking direct.
They also don't have "good" seats.
Of course, if your idea of good is bottom level near the cheer squad, then they do have "good" seats. |

Well I hope we don't get behind goals as I was hoping not to be there (and have requested that)! Happy to be on the bottom level though!
We are going to give them a try for the GWS game and see how it goes if it is not successful we won't go back again! _________________ Cheers big ears |

I used them a few years back for a holiday to Thailand. I found them very good.
I would use them again in the right circumstances. _________________ Now Retired - Every Day Is A Saturday |

Travel agents are only good if you plan on booking a long way out.
I got all my accommodation for the USA on Expedia and took it into the travel agents. None could match the price.
Where I did come out infront was airfares. I flew Air NZ to the US and got premium economy for 2k through Escape Travel. I wouldn't have found that on my own. Was the only thing I booked through an agent. _________________ Heeeeeeeeeeeeeey, we want some Bayley! |

I've used them for a couple Gold Coast games & they were great. We did have good seats - nowhere near the cheer squad. Accommodation was great & so was the service.
Also got a quote from them for a US trip which my friend then took to Flight Centre (Bombers supporter - didn't want to believe Collingwood was a better option) and Pie in the Sky won.
I'd have no issues recommending them. |
