What’s the go with the amount of players allowed on the list? Confused
We have now got 41, and I thought that a team could only have 40 players on a list. Is that right?
If you have a look at the players web site it has got 36 players and that’s not including the 5 we picked up at the weekend.
http://collingwoodfc.com.au/default.asp?pg=players
Will that mean that we will need to drop someone from our list to the rookie list?

Sorry Tupac, I didn't notice they were there. Once I saw Roop and Molly gone, I thought that it had been updated. Thanx for the correction.

So that would make it 39 on our list. So in affect we could get someone in the pre season draft i.e. Stevens?? lol

You are allowed 38 plus up to 2 veterans, of which we have one (Bucks).

Therefore our list is currently full and we cannot participate in the PS unless we delist another player soon.

Maxwell can be kept for a second and final year on the rookie list in 2004.

Herald Sun report that Collingwood has asked permission from the AFL for Wil Gayfer, Paul Koulouriotis (ex Portscum) and Clinton Proctor (Gippsland Power) to train with the club.

Along with Marc Dragacevic that means that maybe there will be another delisting or two prior to the pre season draft.

I'm pretty sure you have to be over 30 to go on the vets list. Off the top of my head, Burnsy is about 28-29.
