After McKee's terrible last month, Mick's obviously had enough. I suppose when you get slaughtered by a ruckman that was released from both Richmond and Essendon, and picked up late in the draft by Freo, then you can expect to play at Willi the next week. I hope McKee proves me wrong, but i really believe he will go down in history as being the worst trade we have ever made. I still can't believe we traded Clinton King and our No.3 draft choice for McKee and No.7. Instead of having Clinton and possibly Matthew Pavlich, we have McKee and Roach. Make any sense to anyone?
Maybe we should bite the bullet, realise he is not a ruckmans butt, and play him as a tall defender, and hope that there is a ruckman available in this years draft. Knowing our recruiters, we will probably trade Nick davis and our 1st choice for some no good hack.
As for Scotty, I heard that he felt the Hammy tighten in the Freo game, so there not taking any risks that he will do it again.

It was the wrong week to drop McKee. I think we could have used an extra tall player. I hope McKee bounces back in the reserves and answers his critics.

youre right Dan. His shoulder is not 100% fit and thats why he always seems tentative to lift his arms above his shoulders. Heard he's going to fix it up at season's end. Possibly surgery.

Don't worry Macca, bounce back mate!

McKee should have been dropped. I've never liked him and from the majority of my posts you can tell that I have said this all along. McKee is't a ruckman and that's that.
