$5.50 for 1 - 39 & knock ém out of the top 4.
That'll do me nicely. _________________ Don't count the days, make the days count. |

Throw your money away then, if you want a real bet... bet on us to lose by at least 80 points. |

Unfortunately I agree.
Hawthorn won't be taking this game lightly, for them it's almost the first game of the finals as if they lose they could drop out of the top 4. They will want to win, plus their pride will have been stung after being beaten by the wiggles.
They will be coming to win this game.
With our injuries, the best side we can put on the field this weekend is NOT a finals team and that wouldn't change regardless of who was coach. If our best 25-30 was available, or even a significant number of them, we are a finals team on talent, but they ain't and we ain't going to beat a top team hell bent on winning and winning well.
I hope we bring effort, give a good account of ourselves and minimise the damage but I can't see us winning. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

This week we'll be facing the reigning premiers of the last 3 seasons at the G for our last game of the season. Missing from our team will be:
Moore
De Goey
Fasolo
Elliott
Adams
Ramsay
Scharenberg
Reid
Langdon
Pies by 8 points in a thriller.

If we hadn't got another two injuries from last night we would have given them a real run for their money next week. Assuming Cloke comes into the side next week, he's going to be under so much pressure to perform, I wouldn't be expecting miracles from him. Still a fit side next week with their year over, we can still take it up to them and you never know. |

For all of the cruel hands we have been dealt over the past 60 years, next week may just be the time when we're dealt a fist full of aces.
Collingwood by 1 point

Have not beaten these pricks in five long year, five friggin years, and we are sick to death of them, we utterly loathe them, I loathe them now more than Caaaaartlon even. ! Its time, time to terminate the piss and poop hoodoo, time to snipe sniper Hodge and his his little turd buddy, Mitchell.
Throw everything plus the kitchen sink at em, we have nothing to lose now, they are the ones under immense pressure for this one. !
Time to destroy the Dawks, terminate them, its time. ! _________________ Poverty exists not because we cannot feed the poor, but because we cannot satisfy the rich.

Yes, realism says it is very, very unlikely. Like you, I'll be happy if we have a red hot go. It's just possible, given the results of the last few weeks, that they are starting to bump up against the age curve and lose footspeed, amd we still have reasonable amounts of that, so let's hope we can test them. _________________ Two more flags before I die! |

Only question will be what will be bigger, the losing margin or Collingwood members in attendance...
Don't forget we will also be without White who will get 5 weeks for his perfectly legal bump! |

I don't know.
Watching Hawks playing lately I think they
look a little tired and worn out.
I reckon we have a chance of knocking them over.
Could be wrong.
But I think we are seeing the beginning of the end of the Hawks golden age. _________________ we don't eat our own at collingwood we just allow them to foul our nest. |

Don't be fooled by that look. The Hawks unfortunately have had all the help of the umps to lead the comp at the right end of the season. In my view they have loaded during the last month to be ready for their finals onslaught! I doubt they worry about where they fall in the top four, the important thing is to be there firing at the right end of the year. They looked down and out against the weagles last year after the first qualifying final before absolutely rolling them in the GF. I am of the same opinion as Stui, we just don't have the cattle on the field to worry them this week-end we just have to bite the bitter pill and take em on next year. Still, I hope our boys come out and take them on for four quarters with a man on man press. |

Broomhead.
That makes it 10 players missing but the Buckley haters will still probably celebrate a loss.......... _________________ Don't confuse your current path with your final destination. Just because it's dark and stormy now doesn't meant that you aren't headed for glorious sunshine! |
