I've passed my all uni subjects after results were released today so I'm stoked that I got through in the end without any issues, with a distinction for sentencing law, a credit for property law and a pass for corporate law. |
Congrats Jezza, well done like. _________________ “I even went as far as becoming a Southern Baptist until I realised they didn’t keep ‘em under long enough” Kinky Friedman |

Sure was! Cheers, and to WPT also!
Flew to Denver today, met up with hubby at the Mecum auctions, he hasn't bought anything (yet!). So,e really cool cars there.
Then off to Coors Field for the baseball! Great experience. "We" lost what should have been a win, and OMG the crowd took it so well! Even a really dumb mistake didn't cop any crap from near us anyway!
Gees the skyline behind the ball park is amazing. Absolutely incredible, watching the sun go down, with rain and thunderstorms over the MoU rains in the back ground.

Oakes hotel Fallsview
I booked it on bookings, in April, got a great deal, and they charged me less than they were supposed to. Room with two queen sized beds and a sitting area approx $320 Aust (it's on my velocity card in $US so I'm averaging!) _________________ You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either!

Good news!
We have been pretty worried as to how Junior would cope with her exams just a few weeks after Fiona passed away, but she has come through with flying colours! All good scores!
Better news!
My eldest got her results and she has finished Uni! Graduation isn't til December but she gets some official recognition before then apparently!
Big sighs of relief all round! _________________ You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either! |

So back to the holiday! Yesterday we went back to Mecum auctions, then me and junior took off for some shopping. Went to a cool hamburger joint for dinner, and walked down the mall. Wow, it was awesome! They had three seperate lots of live music, artists, games for kids on a big piece of fake turf, and bars in the middle! Really cool night!
Today we took the train to the airport to pick up a car (everything around here was booked out). Man you should see the trains, the stations, like brand new, so efficient too. The ticket checkers are also armed guards. $9 gets you an all day pass all over the city.
Then we took off for white water rafting in the Rocky Mountain state forest! Simply awesome! Drove up to the top of Mt Evan, peak of over 1400, there was still patches of snow. We stopped at a lake and the snow was melting into it. I'll try and post a panorama I shot on my iPhone, it's amazing.
Tomorrow we fly to LA, and get picked up by carnivals shuttle, off to Mexico for a 4 night cruise! So I'll probably see you Friday! Cheers! _________________ You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either! |
