Dear Luke,
Offer Letter for HM5 - Bachelor of Arts - Faculty of Education and Arts, Mt Helen
Congratulations! Federation University Australia is extremely pleased to offer you a place in the above program commencing in Semester 2 2016.
Was on the edge before getting this, I've lost 1.5kg in less than a week, sleeping about 2-3 hours a night, drinking too much and barely eating. Apart from one pleasant unexpected turn of events, I've been travelling through hell for a while. "When travelling through hell, just keep going", is all well and good but now I've finally seen a signpost. Time to start looking after myself and get on the road out of the hell I've been in. |
Congratulations. _________________ “I even went as far as becoming a Southern Baptist until I realised they didn’t keep ‘em under long enough” Kinky Friedman |

Daughter number 2 was given lots of positive feedback at her workplace in the court system & she loves her job. She's finally decided to study law. is trying to get into Melbourne but it seems Monash is a better option as she can work part time & study part time. She has to get a commonwealth funded position as the Libs will be making far too expensive for the unrich to advance their studies
When she was in late primary school she always wanted to be an "environmental lawyer" who the F knows why. Lately she been interested in contract law, mediation & perhaps sports law. _________________ “I even went as far as becoming a Southern Baptist until I realised they didn’t keep ‘em under long enough” Kinky Friedman |

Don't you need 24 hours notice though to install the cameras? _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

You only just realised that?
Anyway, all about me. What made me happy today was I had my 6 monthly reprimand with the GP.
Last appointment was 6 months ago after which I had a full set of bloods done but never bothered to go back for the results, figured if I was dying they'd call me. So got the results of them today.
Cholesterol down, below 5. Was 5.4 before.
Blood sugar, down. (been slowly creeping up for a couple of years)
Kidney function and liver function, fine.
So then onto check the blood pressure. Since my last appointment I've dropped 6-7 kg and been smoking 30 a day. BP down to 127/85.
Score.
Anyone want any tips on healthy living that involves drinking, smoking and not much exercise? _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

I'm going to buy a decent cartomiser and some nicotine liquid while I'm in the states. The last few times of giving up and restarting has shown me my brain chemistry feels better to me when there's nicotine in my system, I just don't feel right without it even after 12 months off it.
So the cartomiser and liquid will reduce the cost from $30 per day to around 10c after the initial setup cost. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

You've got it figured out!
It always amuses me when non smokers say "you could have $xxx or go on this holiday or buy a car etc with the money you'd save from not smoking" .
All the reformed smokers I know aren't any richer, didn't go on holiday, just found something else to spend the money on. In my case it'd probably be food! |

I used to smoke. I went to the doctors and was told to slow down and use a lubricant. |

Amuses me when smokers don't see it, simply get a jar and put that money away. You could always use it for health care when the need arises if you don't enjoy holidays _________________ You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either! |
