I was just wondering what everyone would think if we traded Presti to port, in order to get Stevens. BUT ONLY IF we were able to get Jacobs from Essendon to compensate for the loss.

Possibly Presti and Betharas for Stevens, and Pick 17 for Jacobs.

Besides Port rejecting that offer for Stevens, you want to replace a KP backman for a flanker. Jacobs is a poor mans James Clement, who can not play KP

I agree with Budgie. Presti is our best big backman and Jacobs simply wouldn't be a good replacement for him. However having him beside Presti would be nice.

I didn't mean replacing Presti wth Jacobs, but Jacobs and Stevens.

Two future stars for the price of a current star.

The thought of seeing Presti in a Port jumper would bring tears... lol and one super pisst off Shane!

Just like when i opened the paper this morning to see Heath in a carlton jumper Evil or Very Mad how pisst was i?!

alls i can say is thank god we didnt trade The Gia!

i'd love to have gotten Stevens... but not for Prest.

cant imagin Presti being in other colours, personally i think his irreplaceable becos u dont get Presti's just growing on trees i think his one of the best defenders in the AFL and weve seen it wen his towelled up some of the best forwards in the league so as far as im concerned i'd rather Presti than stevens n jacobs
