If you want to hang out, you've gotta get Sinclair out, cocaine
If you want to get down, get Sinclair off the ground, cocaine
She don't lie, she don't lie, she don't lie,
Cocaine
If you don't wanna lose, you want to beat them blues, cocaine
When FIGJAM is done, and you want to play on cocaine
She don't lie, she don't lie, Eddie don't lie,
Cocaine

"They out rucked us, they outmarked us, they outplayed us all around,
They outkicked us, they outrun us, near on run us in the ground."
Adapted from the Kevin B. Wilson classic "Jacko Can't Get Up", modernised to "Buck's Can't Get Us Up", and performed by The Traveling Pendleburys. _________________ "The night is a very dark time for me" Chaz Michael Michaels |

Near, far, wherever you are
I believe that the heart does go on
Once more you open the door
And you're here in my heart and my heart will go on and on |

We'll be singing
When we're winning
We'll be singing
I get knocked down
But I get up again
You're never gonna keep me down

Willie and the poor boys aka Buckley and our poor boys, enjoy
Early in the evenin',
just about kick off time
over by the interchange
they're starting to unwind.
Bucks is on the corner
and tries to rev them up
But the players all tune out
Cos they don’t give a f***
down on the boundary
Out in the stands
Buckley and our poor boys are playin’
to a gameplan no one understands
Nicksters smash their keyboards
while the trolls smile
Buckley slams his fists down
His career’s now on trial
Eddie spins his best
and puts on a media show
but Nicks goes into meltdown
It’s time for Bucks to go
Down on the boundary
Out in the stands
Buckley and our poor boys are playin’
to a gameplan they don’t understand
You don’t need to be a fan
just to have your say
come on down to Nick’s tonight
And type your blues away
But Over on the boundary
there’s a happy noise
and all the fans gather round
To cheer off all the boys
down on the boundary
Out in the stands
Buckley and his poor boys are playin’
to a gameplan they don’t understand |

Shame & Scandal In The Family
Woe is me
Shame and scandal in the family
Woe is me
Shame and scandal in the family
In Collingwood there was a family
With much confusion as you will see
It was Eddie and Perty and a boy who was grown
He wanted to coach, have a team of his own
Built a young list that suited him nice
Went to Prez Eddie to ask his advice
His Prez said: "Bucks, I have to say no,
This team is a disaster, and the supporters all know"
Oh, woe is me
Shame and scandal in the family
Oh, woe is me
Shame and scandal in the family
A week went by and ANZAC Day came 'round
Soon the best kicker in the club he found
He went to his Prez to name the man
His Prez shook his head and to him did say
"You can't pick this man, I have to say no
McKenna is retired, and now he's old and slow"
Oh, woe is me
Shame and scandal in the family
Oh, woe is me
Shame and scandal in the family
He went to the boss-man and covered his head
And told old Perty what his Prez had said
Perty he laughed, He say, "No man, no
Your Prez ain't your best mate, and it's time for you to go."
Oh, woe is me
Shame and scandal in the family
Oh, woe is me
Shame and scandal in the family
