The look of horror on his face suggests he's just seen the Halal certification on the Cadbury chocolates. _________________ All watched over by machines of loving grace |

I can't say I'm exactly in love with the tactics of many of the people who attend these anti-racism rallies, but they're certainly doing a lot more good than the people they're opposing. This 'Reclaim Australia' movement is a pretty worrying phenomenon, and at least this weekend's counter-protesters realise that.
One thing they get wrong, though, is that these people are generally not Nazis. They would be much more insignificant and easier to dismiss if they were. In reality, they're not all that far from the mainstream. Our prime minister's refusal to condemn them is very telling, as is the apparently unhindered decision of one of his backbenchers to openly endorse the movement. |
Abbott might Quietly like what they are doing?
As so it could take Pressure off the Budget IF there where less Immigrants taking Jobs that Aussies could do _________________ I am Da Man |

If you watch your David Attenborough...
You will see groups of chimpanzees. They get a raiding party together, and patrol the boundaries of their territory, beating up or killing anybody who gets in their way.
Keeping outsiders out...
Be they nudists, gay, Muslims, lefties, feminists, Italians, Lebanese, refugees, non local surfers who steal their waves, conservationists, Aborigines, single mums...

One thing I heard today about the protestors (both sides) I thought was very apt. These people are protesting and trying to make a statement and win popular support for their cause. Quite often the actions of (at least) some of the protestors do far more damage to the cause than the overall protest created positives.
That's a lesson that many of the rent-a-protestor crowd fail to understand. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

Agree. At a previous Reclaim Australia rally I saw one of them wearing a Nazi t-shirt and I thought "How stupid are you?" You're doing your cause more harm than good parading around in that." The rest of the group were just as dim for not telling him to piss off.

Yep, and the views on the news of protesters throwing other protesters to the ground then a bunch of weak cnuts all piling in to kick someone on the ground................if those pr1cks can be identified they should be charged same as the 1 punch cokheads are charged. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

I suspect a certain number of people go to these events hoping for a bit of biffo. The book ought to be thrown in their general direction. |
