I think Elliot is a bigger chance of being suspended than Varcoe. Varcoe turned his body and Cyril ducked her head into the tackle.
Elliot's was a bit of thuggery. _________________ Fighting against the objectification of woman. |

Carey said that Cloke's boot to Smith's face was a double action as well, although he said he "should" be OK.
Given the woeful conversion last night I hope Blair starts against Port. At least he is a sound set shot. |

Are you talking about the slight bump on Mitchell or did I miss something? If it is the incident there is absolutely nothing in it. I've watched it over and over, trying to understand why the commentators were so incensed by it. Mitchell went to ground looking for a free.
Varcoes will be thrown out, Rioli clever all night exploiting the rules to his advantage. _________________ "Still waiting for your call Caroline ... not a quote in sight. Don't ever presume to speak on Collingwood's behalf," |

Out:Moore, Toovey
In:Grundy, Marsh/Sinclair
Most likely Moore will be the one to make way for Grundy if he returns unless we try something different in our set up. _________________ He's mad. He's bad. He's MaynHARD! |

You have to virtually maim a player to get suspended these days,so i'd assume Elliott and Varcoe will be all right to play.Cloke's was clearly an accident,so he shouldn't have any trouble either. |

If Varcoe is suspended, I was thinking Sinclair would be a good replacement, because of his pace, but then again, I guess Kennedy might also be considered for the same reason. I didn't see the VFL, so I don't know who played well, apart from Grundy, who is an automatic inclusion. Maybe Seedsman has received his kick up the arse and will come back in? Any chance Scharenberg might be considered? Apparently he played his best game yet. |

until marsh sorts out his disposal i think he might just drop down the pecking order. i want to see marsh get a call up but it ain't gonna happen. _________________ Purveyor of sanctimonious twaddle. |

As far as I'm aware Grundy is the only player who sat out the last and I'm assuming that he did so because of the 5 day break. Therefore would anticipate anyone other than Grundy from the VFL. Goldy would be the only other one considered if his knee it right.
Moore and Maynard vulnerable. |

WE HAVE TO WIN THIS GAME. BY PUSHING THE TOP 2 TEAMS TO THE ABSOLUTE LIMIT AND COULD OF WON BOTH.
PORT ARE LOT WEAKER SIDE THEN THEY WHERE LAST YEAR AND SO WE SHOULD BEAT THEM IF WE ARE GOOD AS WE SHOWN LAST 2 WEEKS.
THOUGH COULD BE A MASSIVE DANGER GAME AS PORT WILL MAKE IT THERE GF AND 1ST AFL GAME IN ADELAIDE AFTER PHIL WASH’S DEATH _________________ I am Da Man |

Cloke Kicked 1 goal Bloody 5. He Kicks Straighter we win and White not Shanking them in the Last.
We win by 5 Bloody Goals.
Then don’t Blame a Kid in his Debut for Losing the Bloody Game _________________ I am Da Man |

no one is blaming moore for the loss. a team wins a game, a team loses the game. plenty of others had an opportunity to either register goals instead of behinds or hit the scoreboard. _________________ Purveyor of sanctimonious twaddle. |

Greenwood held back today with soreness? I wonder if it's because of the 6 day turnaround and wanting to have him cherry ripe for thursday? Looks like Varcoe may face some scrutiny for his bump on cyril but it's hard to tell because the mrp is nothing more than a chook raffle and a circus.
I think we'll go for speed to try and match the power. So Greenwood, Sinclair and Seedsman could all be possible inclusions.
Grundy played well in the vfl. So he's ready to step back in should we think Witts need a rest.
Scharenberg played alright without dominating as did Marsh I think. I'm only going by what I've ready elsewhere.
I just wonder if we'll see a couple more surprise inclusions... |
