Post subject: Email to Bigpond and MSN SubscribersReply with quote
Those of you using Bigpond and MSN for your email may have noticed that you have had no mail from the Bulletin Board since last Thursday. A new email server was brought online on Thursday and appeared to fire up and run normally first go. Then all email to Bigpond and MSN, including that generated by the Bulletin Board, started to bounce.

It's taken until today to resolve the problem and email is now functioning normally for all subscribers again. I apologise for the loss of service to those subscribers who were affected. It's the first time the subscription service has ever failed, even for a day, it's just fortunate that it was during the off season.
