Probably won't have that safety net of being the only other option in 2015 so it'll be interesting to see if he's up to it. I'm doubtful _________________ Formally frankiboy and FrankieGoesToCollingwood. |

i think he is a better 3rd tall ruck option,he will be to quick for a 3rd tall back and too big for a smaller player that can keep up with him,at sydney he only got a game when there were injuries to key fwds and this year he was playing as the second tall which he isn't great at |

From the recent article in the Herald Sun, looks like Jesse White is now aiming for a more dynamic, midfield/wing role. It seems that we are really heading in this direction: strengthen the midfield at any cost. Get as many players as possible to be capable of playing midfield. I must say, I really like this conception. I think that we will be very hard to match up next year, with the massive layers of depth we have already built up through the midfield.
The fact that we are still one tall Key forward short is an issue, but I think that our massive midfield depth and flexibility in rotations will partially compensate for this. I think our forward line will be much more potent next year, due in large part to this enhanced flexibilty. |

If we have our best 22 available I don't see a spot for him, can't fit Cloke Reid and White in the forward line, and as a ruck he doesn't do enough, I predicted he'd be the recruit of the year last season, but we just got what he gave the Swans, and that's inconsistancy.
I was really taken by his last 5-6 games with the Swans, I thought the penny had finally dropped, I know being made to ruck didn't suit him, but IMO if we rid him of ruck duties next year and he doesn't seriously improve then he's been a massive flop, I think it's all between the ears with him. _________________ Defender...........

With Cloke, Witts/Grundy and Reid as our tall forwards, I don't think we're missing a tall forward at all. |
