I am holding off until I see that those power elites at our Club start seeing the needs of fans and not their opportunity for a big mansion and ego trip.
Where's the Social Club? Where is a return to some training and facilities for fans at Victoria Park?
I want to see a Collingwood that is of the working class fans for the working class fans. Not a clone of the champagne modern ALP where people living in wealthy suburbs think they relate to the needs of the working class aussie. _________________ I love this club and I hold anyone in contempt who does not think it is worth fighting for. |

I want to see better facilities available at the Westpac center for the members but enough of this divisive double talk of the "working class". I just want to see the facilities accessible and affordable a for the average Australian family. How you earn a living, how you define that and which political party you prefer has nothing to do with it.
And lets understand that a Legends membership is the better part of $1,000 and is not affordable for all but it has a lot to do with your priorities and how you choose to spend the money you can set aside for non essential expenses. |

Your type only speak for the white wine socialists who hate the working class and prefer to set policy for homeless people over a cafe' latte' in Brunswick Street whilst reminiscing about the glory days of Menzies and Albert Langer. Where as I care about the plight of the common man and the class values of the hard working aussie blue collar worker that allow you yuppie types to eat your salmon spinach pastry over a grange hermitage . How dare you suggest $1000 rip off memberships are good and a justifiable priority. Go tell that to the homeless people in the Arthur Gore Centre. _________________ I love this club and I hold anyone in contempt who does not think it is worth fighting for. |

Grange hermitage. That will be the day. I think you have me confused with somebody else. What a confused and warped view of the world you have. I certainly have better things to do with my time and money than spend it in a smoke filled and stale smelling social club drinking copious amounts of beer to the sound of poker machines in the back ground. I chose to spend my time and money on more family oriented interests. _________________ Now Retired - Every Day Is A Saturday |

I'm ready for another year but I'll change seats though for away games as I don't like sitting right behind the goals at the ponsford end. I'm sure there'll be something further back. Apparently there's a 2 year wait or something for seats on level 2 in the ponsford and a waiting list fee?? |

I refused to renew last year because of what they did to Daisy and Heater. I hated every minute of it. Even though I can't go to games any more my membership made me feel part of something.
I'm still undecided for '15. Losing Beamer & Harry made me sick, but we got some potentially great replacements. I still don't like the way the club is being run, its more a corporation than a footy club, but if I'm not a member I have no say (however tiny) in such matters. That ridiculous member night at the end of the season proved to me that Eddie and co are looking for a few tidbits to chuck at the REAL members to shut them up and keep the numbers up, and I still believe the interests of the wealthy few are far more important to this board than the 99%. If there was any sign of a challenge to the board I'd pay up in a heartbeat, but Eddie is too powerful with his massive media presence. Not that I don't like him, I think he's the best person ever to hold the office, but I don't like what he and his board have done these past few years. Their style and their 'one view' media manipulation reek of dictatorship.
Still, it’s a helluva long time until Easter, more thinking to do. _________________ "If at first you dont succeed...

Wasn't going to renew as I only attended Anzac day this year and that was it. But in the end I thought bugger it I'll stay on board. Plus I couldn't have been ass'd filling out the form to stop the auto renewal |

How many times do you have to be told? Pets don't count as full members. Nor do 3 gamers, kids, etc. Only full adult should be counted. Otherwise we may as well include anyone who says they support Collingwood but never take a full membership or other kind. _________________ I love this club and I hold anyone in contempt who does not think it is worth fighting for. |

Always on board. Been through the ups and downs over the decades. Heartbreak and joy is all part of the journey. Tough times will make you appreciate the coming resurgence and those who drop off now won't have the same ecstasy when we win again, an ecstasy born through sustained loyalty. _________________ Magpies love pies(Lol) |
