I've struggled to find heaps of info about him, but he may be a handy 2nd round pick up.
Nephew of Che Cockatoo Collins, best on ground today in an all stars game.
Looks like a good sized midfielder. |

BigFooty draft watcher Knightmare's profile...
Quote: | Nakia Cockatoo (NT Util)
Height: 188cm,
Weight: 84kg,
DOB: 23/10/1996
Recruited from: NT Thunder
Style:
Player comparison:
Range: 30-rookie
Profile: Nakia is a super talented versatile player who does big damage with ball in hand. With ball in hand he has some real composure and uses it well with his footskills excellent. He can play forward, back or through the midfield and looks at ease wherever you place him. Hes got some real pace, agility and ball handling skills to him and the thing he does better than others in this draft is stepping through traffic and easily getting by the opposition players. Hes also a strong mark at his size which is pleasing. From reports hes a hard working and very coachable player and has some real talent so there is a real opportunity for Nakia to succeed in a big way and coming from a good footballing family the signs are positive. Youd just love to see him get his hands on the ball more because hes someone who can really do some positive things with it. |

If we end up with a raft of second round picks he's one we certainly should consider. _________________ He's mad. He's bad. He's MaynHARD! |

Could be this years Joel Wilkinson, starts out as a 2nd/3rd round possibility and catapults into a 1st selection based on combine results.
Still have a feeling we'll end up taking a few 175-180cm players. |

Good call on the cocky. He has blitzed at the combine to the point of being considered late in the first round. He aint a secret any longer. |
