Didn't make logical sense to pick him up as much as I wanted him.
Would of meant picking up Lynch, White and Clark three years in a row....it's odd trying to get 3 CHF's over 3 years. |
Taylor Adams didn't choose Geelong over Collingwood
One problem we may have is that we do not have many legendary players around the club from which to learn from either.
Pendles as captain is a jet, young mids may want to learn to be professional like him
Beams is off though, Harry is off, Ball and Maxy retired.
Go to the Cats and there are still the Enright's, Taylors, Selwoods etc to learn from and which have played in multiple premierships |
Didn't Taylor Adams say that he chose Collingwood because of Buckley? _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

Let's go hard at Frawley now in retaliation to Geelong stealing Mitch Clarke from under our noses.
We can't go into 2015 with the same foward Line _________________ Andrew

Collingwood shouldn't necessarily give up on this bloke, if they really want him. He's engaged in what appear to have been 3 backflips in reasonably quick succession and trade week hasn't even kicked off, so there's plenty of room for further ducking and weaving. Of course, there may be a question whether he could be trusted to commit to Collingwood for more than about 5 games.
Alternatively, they could take the view that he can be inexpensively (for us) parked for a year or two at the Pussiery until we need to prise him out for the next flag tilt- that obviously won't take much. |

Illogical. List numbers are limited so why waste 1 on a player we don't need who'll chew up significant salary cap space. |

Not unhappy to miss out on Clark, don't want Frawley.
Last year proved we were more than competitive if we had enough cattle on deck. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |
