Nice to see Broomy and Seedsman named too.
Reid shown kicking for goal and doing run throughs on AFL360 and Scharenberg running laps.

Every time they kick a point, he takes the kick out, taps to himself, runs straight up the middle, 6 bounces Goal. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

This is Buckley's game plan. Everyone's a defender .
Seriously though, if we have a dead rubber later in the year, can we play this backline:
Toovey Marsh Sinclair
Freeman O'Brien Mooney
Fastest ever? . Might be able to find someone quicker than Tooves, but thought a defender would be handy. _________________ Well done boys! |

Good to hear that Marley's back in the squad but I hear that he may not play until after the bye though?
He's been through a lot and will need some time to re-group before his ready for any action if that's in the VFL or the AFL. _________________ | 1902 | 1903 | 1910 | 1917 | 1919 | 1927 | 1928 | 1929 | 1930 | 1935 | 1936 | 1953 | 1958 | 1990 | 2010 | 2023

I think that gets overplayed a bit. Yeah, he's been through a lot but it's done and dusted and I bet he's raring to go. Can't imagine he'd have anything else on his mind but playing footy since getting off the plane. _________________ Formally frankiboy and FrankieGoesToCollingwood. |

I don't think it's necessarily just the mental side of things so much, but the actual physicality of getting back into football as well. He wouldn't be match-fit one would think so he'll need a big training load before he's ready to play in the VFL.
However I could be completely off-track though and the coaches have still been training Marley hard while this court case has been ongoing. I'd love to see him play this week but I have a feeling he won't play until after the bye as I mentioned earlier. _________________ | 1902 | 1903 | 1910 | 1917 | 1919 | 1927 | 1928 | 1929 | 1930 | 1935 | 1936 | 1953 | 1958 | 1990 | 2010 | 2023

He'll play 2 games in the VFL before returning to the seniors. Lock it in. |

If we loose today hell be back next week.
Can't think of any team that couldn't use his hardness in the back line. _________________ "Even when Im old and gray, I wont be able to play but Ill still love the game"

Are you kidding? That's what the VFL is there for... getting some match fitness into one of our important players! How else is going to get match fit? _________________ Love us or Hate us... we are Collingwood - you can't ignore the Mighty Magpies!!! |

the vfl side includes Adams, Seedsman, Dwyer, Brown, Kennedy, Marley Williams
that's a lot of players who are not certainly not out of place in the senior side |

Of course it is but I'm taking into account as to whether he's physically ready to play in the VFL or not. If he is, then by all means he should be playing now but if he isn't we don't want another Chris Judd on our hands.
On top of that I wonder if he's mentally ready as well. He's been through a tough few months so he may need a little bit of time to re-group before he's ready to go. I would like nothing more than seeing Marley play this weekend! _________________ | 1902 | 1903 | 1910 | 1917 | 1919 | 1927 | 1928 | 1929 | 1930 | 1935 | 1936 | 1953 | 1958 | 1990 | 2010 | 2023
