Great first quarter, tapered off for the rest of the game. Fumbled and butchered the ball a fair bit. But on the positives, Thomas and Williams, great games from the young blokes. Not to mention usual suspects Swannie et all. And we have a Coleman medallist (for the night)... |

Well done Dane Swan. That handball to Didak was priceless. Great to see Dids back. Now play him in the finals Buckley!
Josh Thomas - best game
Marley Williams - best game
Brodie Grundy - not as good as last week, but against Cox he was just as impressive.
Overall a very pleasing win except for the last three quarters of boring football. When our scoring dries up we are one of the more boring sides to watch. If I see a player drill a pass backwards 50 metres again I will go ape!
Not happy with our efforts in the last quarter. Try that against Hawthorn and Geelong and it's curtains. |

A fantastic performance from the Pies. They seemed to take their foot off the gas in that last quarter (which is understandable) but the moment of the night came when Didak got his goal. Is there any news just yet on Luke Ball? |

Loved the first qtr, loved Thomas' game, LOVED that Dids was cheered for every possession and got a standing ovation for his goal.
Was not a fan of the last qtr effort |

We scored more in the first quarter than in the last three quarters. Coasting?
It's an attitude thing. If we don't go for the jugular one of the top teams will thump us. |

The victory was Collingwood’s ninth in its last 10 games against the Eagles, while West Coast lost to Collingwood for the eighth consecutive time at the MCG, a horror run that dates back to round two, 1995.
Good to see Travis Cloke now leads in the race for the Coleman Medal. |

Watching Didak run in to goal from that angle and the thought never crossed my mind that he would miss.
