New Recruits Stats

Just got some stats on our latest recruits.

Steven McKee Age 21 198cm (13x 1999 games)
Andrew Ukovic Age 21 187cm (7x 1999 games)
Mark Kinnear Age 20 190cm (6x 1999 games)

13 games from McKee was more than I expected with talent like Ottens and Gale about. Must be a decent Ruckman.

plenty of height there, which is exactly what we need. what's more, ukovic is bloody quick; just the same kind of player as wasley. can't wait to see them complement each other on opposite wings of HBF's. it'll be poetry in motion.

There you go again - I was wondering when your love child in Wasley was going to get a mention.
Seriously, I do beleive we have picked up some quality players. Guys - we have to look at the BIGGER picture.
Does everyone seriously think that Sharwy's love child in Jas.. W..d (sorry I can not say his name) will play with the pies this year. Come the last draft - he will be booted. MM is going to give him an ultimatum Spruce up your skills in the pre-season or your out ! As Eddie would say - IN DUE COURSE and the FULLNESS OF TIME.

people people people. don't mention wasley or you won't shut me up. it's a rule. ok, in his first game, wazza was put at HFF. the ball was kicked long and fast inside 50, and a big pack formed. and suddenly a blur flew over the top of the pack. and from out of the blur one could see the no.16 - this was the first glimpse of wazza. unfortunately he didn't manage to take the mark. and the pure pace of his massive leap saw his boot collide with browny's head at extreme pace. browny was knocked cold and didn't know where he was until he was offered a meat pie in the rooms. about this time he ate the pie and was much contented.

apart from the last two lines of this story, which are total crap, this is very true and representative of the facts of wazza's first game.
