Bucks for sure, he has a really good football brain. I just hope he doesn't coach anywhere other than collingwood. |

Spewing Athas didn't put his hand up when Matthews left.
Although I heard a rumour he was simply overlooked. |

Clement & Burns after they have a few years as assistance at another club.
No more coming from playing to coaching the same team, it never works. |

Tony Shaw proved that Playing and Coaching the same team will never work. Anyone of the Collingwood players could be a coach, it depends on which coach you are refering to. Head Coach, Ruck Coach, Goal Kicking Coach. There's many coaching jobs around the ground for a player.
Head Coach: Buckley, Burns.
Other Coaches: Probably the rest of the team could possibly do the job. _________________ Ðavâgé

yeah from the current list i'd have to go with bucks or burns as well. What about any ex players that are involved in coaching - like brown or croissca, or even players that have coached outside the afl eg mcguane?? |

Yeah Buckley would make a bloody good coach i reckon.
This is because he possesses all the attributes of a successful coach i.e.
believes in hard work and training, plays tough footy, plays smart footy,
plays skilled footy, and perhaps one of the most important coaching attributes, he is a person who could scare the crap into any of the players on his list, i.e. motivating.
Hopefully he becomes pies coach in 5,10 years _________________ practice makes perfect but perfect practice makes a champion-peter daicos |
