How was that spekky by Coley. that was right in front of me and I didn't think he had any chance of getting it.
He is getting better every week.
The only negative at the moment (which will come with experience) is his quickness in making a decision, a bit slow at the moment. |

it was a wicked mark. funny how everyone in the press seems to have forgotten about it. even as he took it, friggin quartermain barely got excited. but as soon as that xavier clarke guy takes ANY mark all the commentators wet themselves.
coley ran about 20 metres at full pace & launched himself for gawd's sake! it was a ripper! |

His disposal is what I liked, hit his target everytime. Gets better each game. He is the one I reckon will fill Tarkyns roll he has that bit of class about him. |

It was pretty cool. Kinda reminded me of the Gary Moorcroft mark. _________________ Those with the most invested are the last to surrender!

I thought Cole was great value on Sat - th emark was good, but I was more impressed with his hard running and disposal. He just needs to get a bit more of the ball, which will come, and he'll be a damaging player.

Can you believe they did not even show a replay of the mark during the telecast? I was waiting to see it from other angles - not even a standard replay.
The fact that the ball fell out of his hands when he hit the turf made it look less spectacular than it could have been. |

cole is going to be an exciting player for us this year hopefully. Out of all the rookies Neil Balme said that Cole was the one he thought had the most potential to become a future star. All he needs is for his confidence levels to improve and i can see him becoming a big contributor. _________________ practice makes perfect but perfect practice makes a champion-peter daicos |

Don't get me wrong I like the way this kid plays, my only gripe with his game at the moment is the hospital passes which he kicks sometimes. Mind you on Saturday night I only saw him do it once.
Also he needs to have the awareness of the oposition players around him. He runs the lines well but I feel he takes that one extra step and gets caught more times then not, where it would be good if he kicked or passed it off rather then get called for dropping the ball.
