OUCH! whose going to ruck against Gardner!? hopefully our boys in the middle can rove his taps better than the eagles can or we could be in trouble out of the middle on sat.

i rekon crow is a chance, oh i forget his not named in the side maybe we can bring in cloke and some how use rocca and frazer, and put cloke in the foward while them two rotate

its a tough one, but i dont think cloke should go foward, he's not confident down there and it will put a lot of pressure of other fowards like tarrant. cloke still hasn't got his confidence back fully since the incident last year...
but i dont have any other sugestions maybe McKee will play????

well i was thinking eagles don't really have many talls down forward, so maybe presti or wakelin can play up forward. That'll really stretch their backline. But Mckee might still play for all we know.

When Cloke plays up forward we lose. I don't see the logic in that move when you have the most in form tall forward in the AFL in Tarrant along with the best pack mark in the AFL in Rocca. Let these players dominate up forward Smile

magpie_1983, I'm interested in knowing how you came to the conclusion that Crow is a chance to play in place of McKee?

Considering he is still a couple of weeks away from returning after breaking his ankle pre-season, that is a huge call.

He will need to come back via Williamstown reserves, then will need to beat out both Cam Cloke and Guy Richards for the #1 ruck position in the seniors, so it's doubtful that he'll even get a look at CFC selection this year.
