MissMagpie_20 I would imagine that at least 10,000 of those members have joined because we are playing well. It's a fact of life that few people are masochistic enough to want to support a losing cause and I think it's human nature to be this way.
I do think that the hype we generated from last year has rightly dissipated. We haven't put four quarters of decent football together this year yet, so you can understand that people are skeptical.
The other factor in membership is more obvious. The longer the year goes on, the less value that memberships are as the games they get you into are now gone.
Then again the form of your and my fave - Tazza - should get a few more membership sales going, I hope 
May the Army march on to 40,000! |

AT, not all memberships give you entry to the ground, so some retain their value all year round. My ability to boast that I am a member of the club is value enough!
