The meaning of the word 'umpire'

Believe it or not it is actaully a 'noun' whatever that bloody means

The word means according to my beautiful dictionary...someone who makes sure that a game, like tennis, cricket and wait for it 'FOOTBALL' is played according to the rules.
Well ive just given my beautiful dictionary the arse what a heap of crap i have now decided to substiute the word umpire for 'Mr Bean' from this day on i will refer to THEM as the 'bean' fraternity

They all look as bloody stupid as him and after the witnessing that deliberate out of bounds and no free kick paid in the last quarter i have no doubt they are mentally as bloody stupid as him.

joffa, if u watch the tape of that game, just after that deliberate was'nt paid, if you look at the top right hand corner u will see what i thought of the decision. that number 25 was scared to go near the boundary where we were after that call! what a moron!
