Time To Shut Up, Sit Down & Just Watch

I've been disappointed yes i have.

I was at a wedding on Saturday but some smartass kindly kept me updated on the score. I ached for the boys.

Sometimes you walk down a street and fall in this bloody great hole in the footpath, and take ages to get out.

The next day, you pretend the hole is not there, walk down the street, fall in the hole, and take a bloody long time to get out again.

The next day, you acknowledge the hole is there, fire up, walk faster and fall down the bloody hole again, but you get out quicker.

The next day, you step AROUND the hole and keep on walking down the street.

The next day, you walk down a different street.

Go Pies. I love you blokes, go back to basics, stick to Mick's gameplan, and play quarter by quarter.

I'm gonna shut up, sit down & just watch.

With my grandson having mastered crawling and now practising pulling himself up on the furniture and falling down ..his mum [my daughter] told me that a baby falls 240 times before taking a step.
If we failed at something 240 times we would give up................so may be we all should remember that each step is one step closer to what we all dream of.
If its one step forard and 2 steps back, we so be it!!
We will get that premiership cup!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope you're wrong about the 240 times cos that will be about 11 years before the next flag....but wait we already have fallen in a hole about 500 times in the last 13 years or so - so actually we are due for back-to-backs!

After Round 6, Brisbane were 3-3. In fact, after Round 8 they were 4-4.

And remind me - who won the Premiership in 2001?
