Bigfooty.com - Starting to become really BORING!!!

Bigfooty.com has disintergrated into nothing but an ABUSE FEST, it is beyond a joke now...really pathetic. The continual belief by some supporters of other clubs that Collingwood supporters are always wrong is really starting to piss me off, the generalisations of some of the people who post that are nothing but crap.

That is my opinion, anyway!

Now that the footy season has actually started we are probably better off here anyway.

If we lose they'll bag us for losing. If we win they'll bag us because our long losing streak is just around the corner.

Barracking for Collingwood can be a huge burden at times. I can get my jollies trading insults with arrogant fools for a while ... but eventually I need the company of fellow believers. That's why I'm in the Cheer Squad ... because I want true Collingwood supporters around me at matches.

That's why I hold the somewhat unfashionable belief that footy crowds should be segregated like they are in England. Because, when it comes to the crunch, I friggin' hate anyone who doesn't barrack for Collingwood ... at least where the subject of football is concerned.

No doubt I'll wander back to BigFooty now and then to get my throat kicked in again ... and no doubt I'll wish I hadn't.

But this is my cyber-home.

I have met some real nice people from bigfooty at the pub prematch i.e darky ,shinners ,bubba , grendel and dutchy and believe me they are top guys and there are many other wonderful people like sandy , daphne and beau,and a couple of others whose name escapes me and yes of course asgard he's shouting me a drink at footy park when we play nort power,but joel the rest can get stuffed they are just collingwood haters i mean they hate us cause we are collingwood therefor anything we post no matter how good it is get's rediculed thats why i just usually go in there and give them shit.'it has taken you a long time to come to your conclusion joel'

Joel, this is probably the only problem with the web from a content point of view, rock spiders who say anything they like hiding in a dim room huddled over their computer. They would not have the balls to say most of what comes of them out face to face. Seems to me that decency and any form of respect for other people goes out the window once we are anonymous.
