ok for those of u who havent got the black and white mag hears mick malthouses view on how to improve in 2003.

1- the middle core of players needs to continue to improve and deal with leadership responsibilities and greater attention from rival clubs.

2- up to seven players who did not play in 2002 need to play AFL football in 2003.

3-shane woewodin and andrew williams must work with and compliment, the playing list.

4-chris tarrant must become more consistant, and the forward line needs to continue to share the goals in 2003

5-anthony rocca needs to back up what was undoubtedly his most influential AFL season.

6- the "no-name" defence must continue to defy the critics and stand firm against quality forward lines.

7-steve mc Kee will need support in the ruck duties

8- jarrod molloy and shane obree need to play at their 2001 levels instead of their injury-plagued 2002 yields.

9- WE need some luck!

Hey CC its good to see im not the only one who has made 5 of the same topic (i did the same in EPLS)

We definatly need to improve, but the sign of a good team is you still win when you arent playing your best!
