SELECTION NEWS
Pies bolstered by big inclusions
Collingwood has had the luxury of recalling dual Copeland Trophy winner Paul Licuria and
defender Jason Cloke for Friday night’s showdown against Carlton at the MCG. But the Pies were
again unable to consider big men Josh Fraser and Simon Prestigiacomo because of ankle injuries.

MATCH PREVIEW
Match Preview - Magpies v Carlton
The form of the two teams couldn’t be more contrasting. An undermanned Collingwood soundly beat
Richmond in its first match on the MCG since last year’s grand final. Meanwhile, 2002 wooden
spooners Carlton received a 74-point spanking from Sydney at Telstra Stadium.

unsportsmanlike-like behaviour. In the wake of the one-match suspension handed out to West
Coast captain Ben Cousins, in which Port Adelaide defender Damien Hardwick admitted he took a
dive, Malthouse said the issue was about sportsmanship.

An insight into our mate Ed - Part Two

three-part series we ask Ed about how he feels after a loss, his future at the club and three
words that follow him around: Conflict of interest.

Anzac Day selling fast
Tickets for the traditional Anzac Day blockbuster clash between Essendon and Collingwood are
selling fast. The only public seats remaining are in the top deck of the Great Southern and
Olympic stands. The AFL has confirmed that all guest passes for the AFL members reserve have
been sold for the match and that reserved seats for AFL members in the top deck of the Great
Southern Stand are also selling quickly.
