Tickets and Beer

Hey, I have spoken to ticketmaster twice about the gen admiss
tickets available for tonight.
One said only level 3 available, the other said gen admin gets
you in lev 1 or 3 (first in best dressed).
And neither could tell me if you can get a beer at level 3.
Anyone have any info here?
