It's a bit quiet in this thread tonight after he likely took the 3 Brownlow votes for demolishing Gawn in a game for actual premiership points.

Watched the Sydney Brisbane game last night
Big “O” was so dominate over Grundy it was actually sad to watch
The swans looked so much better with Lanhams in the ruck
Grundy looked disinterested often trialing more than 20m behind his opponent when the ball was moving either forward or back
Lanhams played less than 40% of the game time but his impact and output was over double grundys
Sydney will be shaking there heads now wondering what they’ve done
Hope they remembered to put a clause in to oust him after 1 season because come about round 10 they’ll have to do a Melbourne and just play him in the VFL and look for someone to take him off there hands
His best chance of getting game time is hope Lanhams and McLean both come down with injuries

This comment has not aged well.
Grundy was dominant against Dreamons. Sydney wont be shaking their heads - they will be out celebrating.

Cmon - the broken down old hack only got 9 coaches’ votes against Gawn. He’s obviously slipping.

^ I'm sure they desperately wish they'd kept Darcy Cameron - because he'd be an upgrade....

Yep, the Swans looked devoid of ideas against us last night. What were they thinking?

Cameron will be better from 2024 onwards than Grundy.

Based on what evidence? Nicksters making non sensical comments like this without addressing why this would happen don’t add anything worthwhile to the discussion. Please tell us the reasons 🙄

Grundy played OK last night but was clearly beaten by the Cameron/Cox Combo. The ruck wasn't why we lost the game.

He's not exactly the upgrade on Ginni we were expecting, but give him time.

Grundy seems to have settled well into the Swans; let's face it, if he is not 1st ruck he is not worth playing, but he has gone alright so far.

Off topic, but did you guys get a look a Stephenson in the North Giants game? Looks like Kane Cornes nowadays! With less hair!
