Home seats are unaffected.
Away seats are the issue. Club is going through the process of contacting members who have away reserved seats. Whether we can retain them or we'll be re-allocated elsewhere is something the club will have to discuss with us in due course.
Craig Kelly emailed members last week informing them they were still contacting members who sit on level 2 for away matches. They're doing it in order of years of membership (they're up to 23 year members who sit on level 2 as of last week).

A further email update from the CEO.

As I did last week, I'd like to continue to provide you with a brief update on the progress of our MCG away seat changes.
With tickets for our upcoming Qualifying Final going on sale last week, calls to impacted Members were put on hold for just over a day before getting back to our task.
As a reminder, the Membership team started calls with a 69-year Member and have progessed through our call list of Members who held a Level 2 MCG away seat across recent weeks. Right now, we are calling calling 20-year Members who held a Level 2 MCG away seat in 2023, with 19-year Members not too far away.
We've also begun contacting our long-serving Members on Levels 1 & 4.
Staff may call as late as 7:00pm, or between 10:00am and 3:00pm on weekends (Melbourne time).
