What a kick! Didn't deviate a tenth of a millimetre!

One of those days where even the ever-reliable Howey slips at the crucial moment, and yet still we find a way.

I must have eyesight issues as I thought it was going left and was sure he missed until I saw the reactions on the goal line. Good thing I’m not the goal umpire!

^That's an optical illusion created by the arc of the boundary when the camera is not directly behind the right boot at that angle. Thank goodness!

^Nice. And it was great they mentioned the mark, too, because that was already at a ridiculous level of difficulty before even getting to the kick.

Still shaking watching the replay.

I must confess I thought he was going to miss it, but was amazed by his accuracy.

One of the most clutch moments you will ever see.

Thanks BenBronx the Triple M guys, who watch footy every week, were blown away by this one, just like the rest of us.

That was pure joy to watch their reaction.

One for the ages

In his presser, Rutten lamented that mark. Should've been spoiled with ball going out of bounds.

I thought the defenders were all ready to spoil it but the trajectory of the ball kinda dipped into Billy’s arms. It was a bit surprising to see him mark it.

Keep an eye out on the YouTube channel 'Michael Marshall Voice Actor' as he often posts the radio broadcasts in full. His channel can be found here:

It was a beautiful thing to witness. The emotion was just incredible.

A game of inches was never more true.

Well first up a big thankyou to Mr Brayshaw and Mr Ling for at least giving

some energy and excitement into the call.

Now

I want to hear if Brian Taylor did any commentary to it ??
