Last round and first week in finals

Has it happened to us that we play the same team last round as the first week in finals
Like round 23 play Carlton then again the week after in like an elimination final
I feel that if we play demons and swans too are very recent too If we play them in week 1
With Geelong and Brisbane been a long while since our last game
But what about last round and week 1 of finals has it ever happened

Close. In 2007 we played the Swans in Round 21 then again a fortnight later in the first elimination final.
