Hi everyone,

I'm not sure if anyone still remembers me - and it's great to see this board still active - but I was a habitual poster on Nick's from around 2002-2011 or so.

Mainly (and there's no point in being anonymous) I stopped posting as by then I was writing for The Age, covering the Brisbane Lions and Gold Coast Suns.

But I don't think there's anyone there who doesn't know that I've always been a Collingwood person, and these things don't matter as much as they used to.

So, some news here, and I hope the mods will forgive the self-plug: I've started a Substack page under the name The Pied Piper devoted to the club's fortunes, this year and hopefully thereafter.

You can find it at andrewstafford/substack.com (yep, that's my name). Subscriptions: $50/season or $5/month for the year.

Cheers, and I hope everyone is well.

Andrew/PP.

The same Andrew Stafford who posted an article in the Guardian about INXS top 15 songs?

Given your posting timeline - started in 2003, stopped in 2011....

Welcome back PP, your return reminds me of the halcyon years of Nicks, with memorable posters like RocketRonnie and the esteemed Jack Spain, and colorful conversations, tall tales and anecdotes aplenty

Welcome back Pipe, good to see another Nickster in Pig City. We might have to find a venue to watch a few games, namely against the arch enemy Carlton.
Trust you're still getting to live gigs.

Substack still haven't made an Android app., annoying.

Hi dude, good to see you back on Nick’s! As you can see a few of us oldies are still around in our wheelchairs, walkers and walking sticks 😜
Now I only want one more poster to return, in my opinion one of the top five Nick’s posters of all time. Come on down Magpie Greg. You are missed dude.

And they used to accuse their critics of being the Rainbow & Lollipops Brigade.
