He is the best by far.
He has his flags at the tiges and now the dees.

Williams wasn't at the Tigers when they were winning flags. He left at the end of 2016 off the back of some unsettling reports of major divides within the playing group.
Can't deny he's done a fabulous job at Melbourne, and was pivotal in Dustin Martin's development in his early playing years.

| Whatever Choco said to Bucks when he shook his hand before the start of the Melbourne game made an impact too. I don't know what he said but I bet it was right on the money. High pressure situation and Choco was able to make light of it and extract a smile from him. |

Didn’t we all agree (well almost everyone) that former players (particularly captains) don’t come back to coach the club. Does Shaw and Buckley remind you of anything?
