We need a new head of development, time to get Mark Williams back to the club in that role.
He is the best by far.
He has his flags at the tiges and now the dees.
Bring him back.

Agreed, and id be lying if i did not admit it annoys the crap out of me to see a former Collnigwood Captain, help those Melb Toffs to a premiership, to see him on the boundary line, yeh, like Graham Wright, get Mark back home, where he belongs.

Im all for getting Chocco in but wouldnt mind if we waited another year just so this group can gel a bit then when we need something extra ...get Chocco.
Could be all a bit too much information all at once, too many new faces too many new rules etc etc ...to me Chocco would be good as the icing on the cake when we need to extract an extra inch, however having said that, you can never have too many quality people around.

I sort of get what you're saying, but he wouldn't be involved in strategy, game plan etc.
Just get their skills right, that's what he is very good at.
Get him now.

It was his first season at Melbourne and unless it was only a 1 year contract he'd be no chance of coming to Collingwood this off season.
