Thought it ironic our run started with a Milne like bounce at the Ponsford end yet again, ball bounces wrong way and Riewoldt puts them 26 points up, instead it goes over his head, Maynard rebounds and we go end to end and Cameron puts us within 14 points.

I can see a lot of promise in some of our younger players. Pendlebury and Adams played well and that makes a difference. Also the maligned pair of WHE and JT are playing well too.

It’s amazing what an attacking game plan and playing players in their correct position does to a team, and to think some on here thought we couldn’t play like this because we don’t have the cattle. Also a bit of a pep up from the coach at three quarter time doesn’t go astray.
