go up to teller in a beanie mask and hoodie and ask for cash, what could go wrong - oh wait we all do that now!!!

i love eftpos machines or paying by card!

It's an interesting one.

He was trying to withdraw $12,000 in cash which triggered an alert on his account.

The teller was a black female.

Handing over a note asking her to be discrete when handing him the cash, while his explanation is perfectly reasonable, would potentially trigger the teller as well.

Having 2 people sitting in a car out front with the engine running waiting for him would definitely ring alarm bells for the cops.

he didn't do anything wrong but in hindsight he may do things differently next time and the teller didn't really do anything wrong either.

If it did happen to a white film director we probably wouldn't care about it.
