Merry Christmas too all my fellow Nicksters, have a great day, and nice summer break. Im taking a short rest from here, recharge my batteries. Lets hope the now very young Magpies have a, at the very least, a most interesting season, some big wins, red hot go in all galmes, and show terrific promise for next season and way beyond that too. Wishes for a wonderful Christmas to all on the site that supports the greatest footy team in the world. Let’s hope that in 2021, Collingwood gets to its rightful position at the top of the AFL ladder as the deserving Premier.

Merry Christmas everybody. It’s been a tough year of highs and lows, they occurring in successive weeks with one of our greatest wins ever over West Coast in Perth followed a week later by one of our worse losses ever in a final played against Geelong. True to this spirit, years of overpaying players finally caught up with us during a disastrous trade period, then Derek Hine rescued the situation on draft day by securing three potentially top 10 picks using picks in the late teens. Through all this I can’t remember any year where I didn’t go to a single VFL/AFL match. Here’s hoping for a better 2021 than 2020.
