Article on today’s AFL app says we still have up to two more spots to fill if we choose ( Collingwood and Richmond both with two vacancies )
There are only nine clubs remaining with either one or two vacancies on their current lists.

Saw that. Pretty confusing

McInnes with Gavin Brown's old number is the one that jumped out at me. The speedster Chugg having Mickey McGuane's old number seems pretty cool too.

I thought we either traded or delisted Will Hoskin Elliott.

im surprised we didnt offer Jamie Elliott for trade either wasnt melbourne interested in getting Jamie.

The following:
Mayne (gone back to wa-retired)
Cameron (dud)
Thomas (had enough of him)
Madgen (dud) and
Lynch (dud)

Should not be on our list.

Sier and Cox are both on thin ice for my liking too.

Need more from Maynard and Crisp in 2021.

Btw - considering we've still got one spot available, have we got any extras come down to train with us for that SSP spot yet?

^ not too sure.

Mason Wood is training with St Kilda. Oscar McDonald is training with Carlton. Lewis Jetta signed with Swan Districts. Brandon Matera signed with Subiaco. Matt Kennedy was promised a rookie spot but didnt get it. We'll see if another club thinks he has something.

We were linked to Jordan Gallucci at one point, but theres nothing to indicate that this is a serious option. There was a theory that James Parsons could make a big bang and end up with Collingwood, but that too seems an unlikely scenario now.

DTM started a thread about Jack Briskey (A Qld lad playing for Sherwood Magpies). He's been training with the club apparently.

Do we have one or 2 spots to fill?

There will be a mid-season draft in 2021 too.

^ Big change from last year, where we were the oldest list on average (24.88 years old).

Still.
All these months & it still gives me visceral pain to see their names. Stevo, Ads, Flip, Bos... Hard to describe, it’s like a fist grabbing my insides, & a hard feeling radiating up to my throat. It’s similar to the pangs you’d get as a kid when you saw a girl you still liked with someone else. I can’t avoid looking at What could be a once in a lifetime group of kids we picked up, & knowing, without doubt that they’d be a lot better with Treloar & Stephenson providing speed & run. And goals. And a bit more too. I can’t think of two guys who gave the side a bigger lift the moment they arrived than these two. And I certainly can’t believe we judged their ability & usefulness on the most £$%$ed up season in VFL/AFL history. Are we lucky they didn’t dump Grundy, Steelo, & Cox too?
I’m sure everyone has a perfectly valid & sensible reason they had to go, just don’t bother. I’ve never heard of a team that did things anything like as self-destructive as we did in our ‘suicide decade‘ & I cant shake the feeling that the next spectacularly stupid move by a club will be by us too.
We have the form.

Ok fire away...
