Are they even fining people anymore?

Dan loved to throw around fines for everyone, dob in your neighbours, yet we never seem to hear of them anymore.

Everyone's doing the right thing, eddie. They're all going to brothels, in regional Victoria, in groups of no more than 100 at a time. But not visiting each other's houses - because that might be a transmission risk.

Hence, no fines.

So People will just Ignore the Laws?

That is not going to end Nicely

No, I mean the approval rating of this Victorian Government is rightfully plummeting. People are over this rubbish.

I honestly can't say I agree with the continuing outdoor mask requirement. Seems excessive, and I'm honestly not sure the science backs it up. Maybe on Swanston Street, sure, but out in the suburbs it seems ridiculous.

It doesn't. It just creates a barrier to make people stay inside as they can't be assed going outside and being in discomfort in a mask.

I won't go out unnecessarily having a wear a mask.

How amazing that the opposition through all of this cant get their shit together to form something close to a competent party.

If this shit keeps happening they may not have to. They may get government by default.

essential Poll results.

Quote:
With the ongoing resurgence of Covid-19 cases and the lockdown in Victoria, positive rating of the Victorian government’s response to the Covid-19 outbreak has dropped to 48% (down 15 percentage points from 63% in May) – this is the lowest rating since last October; Disapproval of the Victorian government’s response to Covid-19 has increased to 32% (from 20% last month) among Victorians.

For context, Victoria has rated lowest of all states in the past 12 months. WA, where they just romped it in at election, consistently rated highest in the past 12 months.

People are getting pissed off with the lies, the blame deflection, the inconsistency and just plain being locked up when every other state and territory have been able to manage.

Today we're supposed to be out of lockdown. No we aren't, we've just gone from Lockdown 4.0 to Lockdown 4.1.

There’s no doubt that there will be quite a few people who will continue wearing them for a while. But much like bushfire preparedness, each year that goes by without major fires the numbers drop off dramatically.
