Nothing on Ben Ronke, but Zac Foot and Robbie Fox have both been canned by Sydney.
Supercoach players may remember Foot as a player that was highly traded in by teams half way through the year. But he ended up with only the 2 games to his name. A fairly skinny kid from Dandenong and at 180cm you'd have to say most teams will pass.
Fox was a mature age recruit from the VFL (Coburg) when taken by the Swans in the 2017 rookie draft. Now 27, and 38 games to his name (14 this year), its a bit surprising the Swans cut him. He'd be one to look at for a VFL leader position maybe? _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |

I think the other way around. We need midfield depth and Wills provides that. Sure he isnt the AA centrepiece, but he can fill the gap if he's needed for a game or three.
Although, he may get the chop if we look at someone like Parsons or a younger mid maybe?
In saying that, other teams seem to be delisting a few more players recently. Will we make further cuts? November 27 is the final List Lodgment before the draft, with DFA signings to start on November 26. _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |

Is Daisy right. Do we have something up our sleeve apart from our arm |
Going by history, the answer is a resounding no. Collingwood is not allowed the luxury of keeping deals/trades secret by a media mob all out to sell more papers or get higher ratings. Not a hint of evidence that the club is about to pull a swifty. It’s just Chinese whispers🤷♂️ _________________ Don't confuse your current path with your final destination. Lots of delisting around the league today. With 2 days until the next list lodgement and delisted free agency opening up tomorrow, I guess we can start to expect some player signings around the league too.
My gut feeling is Mason Wood will be a Magpie soon.
Jetta or Gallucci (if over injury) and Parsons are of interest for me, but I doubt the club would be rushing out to speak to their managers.
Either way, we're not going to find the second coming of Chris Judd. We've just gotta find that one guy that can help us out in an area of need. I think finding midfield depth will be important with the delisting of Wills, which is why Parsons sounds alright to me. _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |

delisting of Wills is a disgrace; not like we have any players that can actually reliably win a contested ball, other than Adams _________________ M I L L A N E 4 2 forever |

I would give Jetta a go. He has some skills and at 31 he can give some quality gametime. Mystery as to why he was dropped, maybe there is a story we dont know about, but he is some sort of player when on song. _________________ Carpe diem quam minimum credula postero. |

I was always quite impressed with Mason Wood as a forward, but if we pick up Wood after trading Stephenson to the same club it doesn't look like a win/win deal. _________________ Born and raised in Black and White |

Agree Piedsy. The Wombat burrowed in for the ball like few others. We have lost Adz from the midfield, and now delisted Wills. Surely we are stripping our midfield naked?? Sidey next year surely wont play midfield fully. WTF are we thinking? Are we relying solely on Sier to help Tay out? Yep, there are others I think we could have afforded to lose before Wombat. _________________ Free Julian Assange!!

Haha, bringing in DFAs on our cap? That's a laugh, are we expecting them to play for a rookie contract? Same as any pipe dreams about building a Big Chest to Land a Big Fish next trade season....there is no money! _________________ "You hate a mean man, a grasping man, a man who wants everything and gives nothing.
