I think what has hurt us the most is not getting a player that can come in a help cover the loss of the guys we lost today. Mainly in the midfield and in the forward line.

I've had a look, there isn't much to get excited about.

But here goes....

Why: Height.
Why not: Probably not good enough after 3 ACLs in his career.

Geez, I dont know if i can even go on....

188cm Small Fwd/Mid.
Age: 22.
16 career games.
Why: Goal kicking mid.
Why not: Not a major ball winner. Has done an ACL.

Brandon Matera (Delisted by Fremantle)
175cm Small fwd/mid.
Age: 28.
144 Career games.
Why: Goal sneak. Fast.
Why not: Only 5 games for an average of 6 possessions a game in 2020.

Cam McCarthy (Delisted by Fremantle)
192cm Forward.
Age: 25.
70 Career games.
Why: He's a forward with potential.
Why not: He's an absolute nutcase.

James Parsons (Delisted by Geelong)
189cm Forward/Mid
Age: 23
35 career games.
Why: Can kick a goal and get the ball plenty of times for a fwd. Family link to club.
Why not: Already got Mihocek who is much better. No games in 2020.

Before the injury; Very fast, good ball movement, goal sneak, good disposal, very athletic. 27 games in his first three years, but zero in 2020. The question is going to be about the injury and if it's still a problem.

Mason Wood sort of fills a need, but isn't really the umm... star forward we are looking for.

192cm. 27 years old.

One of those players that never hits his potential. At 27, isn't going to get any better.

Better than Mihocek? Cox? or Cameron? Probably not.
