Post subject: Day of Infamy that must be explained.! | |
|
Look, like most here i was furious when i heard bout Stevo and Adam, gobsmacked, bewildered, angry, frustrated. But im trying to think more rationally now. Most of us here, think Stevo was hard done by, young, had bad season, was ill, and Hub life, and yr prior did his silly gambling stuffup. Likewise with Treloar, we see him get the ball a lot, has many disposals, has been great in some games. But the flipside, if Stevo is so damn good, Rising star etc, why was only ONE club in for him, and that was lowly Norf ? a Club with no coach, very low membershiips, lucky to get crowds of 10 000 to watch them, and had a massive cleanout themselves. Why no power clubs, like Blues,Dons, Tigers, Cats, Hawks, why did they show NO interest, why only lowly North. ? Likewise Treloar, is he injury prone, double hammies, separation anxiety from his family, how will he handle that.? Likewise, why were only the Doggies into him, why indeed, no other power clubs, like above. ? Why? What does the Club know, or other clubs know, about these two players, that we, the supporters, members, DONT KNOW ? What are the real reasons these two were cleared, whats going on.? No matter what we may think of Bucks, the Recruiting staff, Eddie, the Board, NO club would clear players of this calibre, without very, very good reasons. No Club wants to commit football suicide, virtual hari kari, and deliberately upset most of its fans, and take the risk the team will plummet down the ladder. Football Clubs, even Collingwood, are not THAT stupid, to risk that happening.
Bottom line is, we need too know, what drove these decisions yesterday, what is the rationale behind them, why has this happened, and what is the endgame here, what are we aiming for, what is the plan now going forward, and what do we hope to achieve in the up coming Draft. ? Collingwood fans are entitled to know this, this "day of Infamy" must be explained too us, and if it is, then maybe we can get a clearer picture of what the the real truth behind all this is. The Club needs to explain this, fully, because right now, fans and members alike , are confused and hurting, it has too be done, ASAP. _________________ Poverty exists not because we cannot feed the poor, but because we cannot satisfy the rich.

Will you still be MEH about it in 2021, when we cascade down into the bottom four, and every other club passes us, and GCS or f%ck me, even Carlton take our place in the top 8?
We now have the slowest plodding midfield in the AwFuL

How can the club expect us to believe the spin of we are going to the draft. The club is treating its supporters like spuds.
We only have two genuine picks in this years draft. At least one of these two picks will be required to get McInnes? So we are banking on having 100% success rate with one pick. Wow! |

Well bro, we ALL feel pretty crap right now; angry, stunned in disbelief.
And I just can't see where the spark is going to come from onfield to change anything in 2021, sorry. _________________ M I L L A N E 4 2 forever |

Buckley is never made accountable.
Keeps failing and contract renewed.
Hope they ‘spoon’ next season so he definitely gets the arse before it’s completed.

if we spoon next year and Daicos truly is the number 1 pick he is being billed to be, we will actually get the two best players in the country.
TANK?
By the way, if Treloars hamstrings are as shot as people say, maybe this is a short terms pain for long term gain situation.
Remember after 2018 when we agreed to pay Langdon a shitload when we knew his knees were shot?

Even if the players did spoon Buckley is so far up Ed’s arse or is it the other way around?either or all you can see is there shoes and they’d still retain their positions and the blame the players. _________________ no second chances |

We're Australias dumbest club
We always have been |
Compare us to the Melbourne Storm. Yes they had a hiccup and were stripped of two flags with salary cap cheating, but they came roaring back and continue to win. You know what. Storm's coach Craig Bellamy doesn't know a lot about AFL, but he'd be a ten times better coach than Buckley for one reason: AUTHENTICITY. |
When asked why Storm are such a great Club.
The answer by Bellemy was they CARED.
Now compared that to Collingwood.
Chalk And Cheese really. |

As someone said on SEN.
We have now pissed up against the wall the last 5 years first round draft picks in Treloar, Stevo and Beams.
Well down Pies |
